Fragility and tension are themes that unite us all as human beings. Sound improvisation is a very interesting tool to approach these themes, as when improvising, artists open them- selves up to the possibility of the unknown, the unexpected. They expose themselves to a state of vulnerability, opening up to the emotions and sensations of the present moment where tension is palpable. A unique connection is created between the artists and the audience, a tension that arises from the uncertainty and shared vulnerability.
