“Fragile, it contains emotions. About Personal Space And Its Matter” thesis’ art book. 148 × 210 mm.

Original texts, sketches , thoughts, struggles, decisions and emotions on a semi-transparent fragile paper during my thesis research are folded and hand-bound with a Japanese paper thread covered with 24k gold. The fact the pages are folded, makes it unreadable at the first impression although words, sentences and feelings can be perceived on a closer look. Valuing my own conclusions, some parts are printed in gold using traditional screen-printing technique.

My aim with this book was to show a deeper insight of my artistic process and visualize the foggy thoughts, insecurities, struggles and complex emotional process that I experience behind a finished piece.
